My mission is to develop supportive systems, leadership programs, and educational resources for Licensed Nursing Home Administrators, Assisted Living Managers, Independent Living leaders, and their teams—empowering them to lead with clarity, strength/confidence, and leadership alignment through purposeful coaching and intentional growth, generating a ripple effect that strengthens teams, culture, and care outcomes.

Who We Are

With more than three decades of experience in long-term care and senior living leadership, Dr. Lisa Lowe is dedicated to strengthening the leaders, systems, and cultures that support exceptional care. As a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator, healthcare executive, educator, and consultant, she has guided organizations through regulatory challenges, operational transitions/closures, financial difficulty, and workforce instability while remaining grounded in a faith-centered commitment to dignity, compassion, and service.

Dr. Lowe’s work is rooted in servant leadership — the belief that leadership is a calling to serve others with humility, integrity, and stewardship. She partners with nursing home administrators, assisted living leaders, and senior care teams to build cultures of accountability, grace, and operational excellence. Through executive coaching, leadership intensives, new administrator transition training, and Business Office Manager revenue cycle education, she equips organizations with the tools needed to improve compliance readiness, stabilize teams, protect financial integrity, and elevate quality outcomes.

Her approach integrates strategic insight with whole-person leadership development, honoring the spiritual, emotional, and professional dimensions of leadership. By strengthening clarity, resilience, and purpose, she helps leaders navigate complexity with confidence and compassion. This inside-out leadership growth creates a ripple effect throughout organizations — strengthening culture, restoring trust, supporting caregivers, and enhancing the dignity and experience of every resident served.

Dr. Lowe holds a Doctorate in Healthcare Administration with a specialization in leadership and brings additional experience as an EMT-B, CNA, and licensed insurance professional and educator. She is deeply committed to mentoring the next generation of senior care leaders and advancing a standard of care where every elderly adult is honored, protected, and truly seen.
